Paul "DJ Pauly D" DelVecchio is the latest celebrity to launch his own alcohol brand.
TMZ reports that the "Jersey Shore" star, who is famous for his hard partying, is creating his own line of mass market liquors. The gel-loving reality TV star's new cocktails will be called Remix, and will be a series of flavored vodkas.
According to reports, DelVecchio has partnered with liquor industry veteran David Kanbar, who is responsible for developing Skinnygirl Cocktails with "Real Housewives of New York" star Bethenny Frankel.
But DelVecchio's brand is poised to be even bigger than Frankel's. Sources tell the website that the drink debuted at the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of American convention in Las Vegas last month and that buyers flipped for the product. It reportedly sold more cases at the convention than Skinnygirl Cocktails sold in its first 18 months on the market.
No word on whether Kanbar has considered partnering with “Jersey Shore” alum Ronnie Ortiz-Magro on Ron Ron Juice -- the signature drink the Seaside Heights crew often drinks before heading out to the clubs.Follow @PageSix
