Britain’s Prince Harry (pictured) lived it up in Las Vegas over the weekend, partying in a VIP bungalow at Wet Republic at the MGM Grand. The shirtless and fedora-wearing prince, showing off a distinctly British tan, was surrounded by bikini-clad women as he partied with male friends, watched by two bodyguards. Harry checked into the Wynn for a short break before he returns to the front line as a helicopter pilot.
