Pit bull attacks girl, 7

A 7-year-old girl was attacked yesterday by a pit bull in a hallway of an East Harlem housing project.
Tatiana Quinones suffered minor wounds to her left arm after the dog, which was not on a leash, pounced on her in the fourth-floor hallway in the Abraham Lincoln Houses.
Brothers Gary and Vincent Evans, the dog’s owners, were arrested. Vincent, 30, allegedly let it off the leash and was charged with reckless endangerment.
