I think we were all left in a state of panic ("OMG, is this the first sign of the apocalypse?") when Heidi Montag was cast opposite Oscar winner Nicole Kidman, Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston in the new movie, "Just Go With It."
But her first day of filming yesterday answered all our "what the hell is going on" inquiries since the assets that got her hired were firmly on display. "I just had THE BEST day of my life filming my first comedy movie!!!!! And I am wearing my sailor shorts I designed in the movie!!!" Heidi tweeted last night.
Funnily enough, Dr. Frank Ryan -- the surgeon who performed 10 surgeries in one day on Heidi -- couldn't stop tweeting about his designs being on display in the movie as well.

By designing her shorts, she must mean telling someone to sew 6 buttons on them. Her sailor shorts look like they were "designed" for maximum camel toe. After seeing this shot, she will probably ask Dr. Ryan for one more procedure.
